

Greg Crafts
Greg came to affordable housing from systems and software development, starting with scientific programming for the Viking Space Mission and ending with a stint at Microsoft working in product development in the systems division. In 1994, he founded Affordable Housing of the Columbia River Gorge LLC, to provide low-end, attractive housing. Since 2000, he has made a concerted effort to provide work-force housing, focusing on housing for people who live and work in Hood River. In the last 8 years approximately 50 families have bought homes at below-market rates, thanks to his efforts.


Lisa Kosglow
Lisa Kosglow earned a BS in Community Development from the Nohad A. Toulan School of Urban Studies and Planning at Portland State University. She is a retired two-time Olympic athlete and businesswoman with expertise in building effective teams and managing relationships among all stakeholders.

Maui Meyer
Maui Meyer is a Managing Partner at Argonaut Investments, a community-focused small business group. Mr. Meyer has worked in many stages of small business start-up and operations, including those related with real estate. He has successfully managed a number of real estate development projects. Among his successful endeavors is the conception and construction of the Yasui building in Hood River, a 15,000 square foot LEED compliant building and the first of its kind for the area. He is a County Commissioner for Hood River.
